  Boilergurus and Michal did a great job replacing our underfloor heating manifold. Communication leading up to the job was efficient and clear with replacement products explained. I would recommend them to friends.

  Boilergurus were great. Firstly Lydia helped diagnose over the phone on Sunday night after some very dodgy plumbing work left us still with no heating. Michael came to fix and was knowledgable, efficient and polite. Would absolutely recommend.

  New Boiler installation

  Our new boiler installation was completed on the day agreed and to a high standard. Very pleased with the results. Engineer explained everything and all relevant documents provided. Installers were very polite and friendly and a pleasure to have in our home.

  Not good at all

  Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. It was just to replace the overflow of the tub , the guy told he had more than 25 years experience but when trying to assemble the parts of the new one I had to guide him how to do so. Then he couldn't take the upper part of the bath tap , he forced in such a way that left it worse than it was , in front of this situation I stopped him. I paid him and left. So bad service !!!!

  We were asked to replace the bath overflow, completed successfully for the agreed £75. Our engineer noticed a dripping bath tap which was held against the other tap with a rubber band. The customer confirmed he wanted to repair it himself. As a courtesy, we advised him where to isolate beneath the bath, remove the blanking/side cap, use an allen key to release the grub screw and remove the tap head. We explained it uses a ceramic gland and advised removing the gland and taking it to a plumbers' merchant for an exact match. We did not dismantle, alter or touch the bath tap at all
