My elderly uncle has just had a new boiler fitted by Jerry at Boiler IQ and i honestly can’t recommend them highly enough, the service they provided was outstanding from the start. Jerry went above and beyond, he was professional, friendly, patient and took the time to ensure my uncle was happy and understood everything. The workmanship was excellent and everything was left clean and tidy. So lovely to come across a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

Excellent service from Jack. He installed our boiler at short notice and made the whole process stress free from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout and he kept us updated every step of the way. The installation was completed to a high standard and everything was left tidy afterwards. Reliable, professional and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Jack responded very quickly to my search and quickly analysed the problem with my Worcester boiler which was over 15 years old and needed to be replaced. He quoted what I thought was a very reasonable price. He carried out the work in a very professional manner and was courteous and helpful throughout. On completion, he explained in an easy to understand way the operation of my new boiler. I was more than happy with the job and would recommend him without hesitation.
