Had a technical issue with our boiler as well as requiring a service, and Boiler Pro responded immediately and arranged for their engineer to attend with a time that suited us. Problem identified and quote received. Once agreed, an appointment was made for the next day and the job completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner. The whole experience was prompt, well priced and professional.

Pretty seamless. Opted for the video consultation first - put through to someone instantly who asked a few questions. Then went to a visit from the engineer which was arranged quickly and with no hassle - communications back and forth by email was speedy and friendly. The engineer, Omar, arrived and was as efficient as he was friendly and polite. He talked me through what he was doing and what needed to be done. (I think he would have spared me all that if he didn't think I was interested!). Part needed replacing and he arranged for it all, came back another day and did the job without fuss

Really helpful and efficient and very quick to come and sort my problem. Also very punctual. They also do my annual service and have always been great. The last one the phone is so lovely and helpful too.
