The plumber diagnosed the fault and advised on next steps
The person who attended was very efficient. They took time to explain what had gone wrong and put us in a situation where we had hot water and heating and advised us on our options. They also made sure the setting son our boiler were giving us the most efficient service.
Total time wasters
2nd time I have booked this company, both times they cancelled on the morning of the repair.

Leaking boiler part
Lee from London Plumb was excellent. He was professional and friendly and fair with his time. He found the fault and has attempted an initial remedy. There is a clear plan for if this initial solution doesn’t work.
New boiler installation
Excellent service. We had an initial call out appointment on a Monday (after making a request late Sunday afternoon through Checkatrade) which was followed by the boiler installation on Friday. Miles better service compared to a major competitor that everyone knows. Very pleased, such a professional service.
Service to gas boiler
A really good company to work with. They send a reminder to book the service, turn up as and when agreed and do a great job at a very fair price. Highly recommend.
Basin waste removal and installation
I was informed I would receive a message 30 minutes before engineer's arrival, but I did not receive this. The engineer was polite and efficient and fixed the problem. He was on site for 1 1/4 hours, but I was charged for 2 hours work. Not too happy about that.
