OMG what can I say ? I left the money to the painter hat we agreed up on to take it from him as he completed the both job ! He change the condenser track but not the vessel washer ? He took money by pretending he completed both job but he didn’t! I ask him why he did not complete the job and took the money? He said he forgot it and promised to complete? But he didn’t despite he gave me appointment 3 times! I also ask him to send email to the management company what he have done ? He don’t want to the paper do work as well ? It’s a horrible experience ! Avoid!

Overall experience was great, Mr grinhaff was on time and very polite. I would highly recommend his work to anyone!
