Boilerworx were quick to respond to my call for help with my boiler. Fault was diagnosed and part ordered and fitted. My initial call was at the weekend and part could not be ordered until Monday, it was fitted and tested on the Tuesday. Could not ask for a better service.

Drew gave a competitive quote for the work and the date was arranged quickly. Drew worked very effectively for a whole day from about 8:30 am to 5:30 pm to get the job finished in one day (but there was no sense of rushing). All very good and the new boiler is going nicely, the new CH pump fitted is whisper quiet and the Hive system is great for easy control and for seeing what temperature is etc. Thanks Drew for a great job and to Zoe for helping to organise.

Drew was very helpful and managed to fit us in at short notice before Christmas. Alongside the new boiler he sorted out a leak and installed the Hive system for us and took time to explain everything. He was efficient and his work was of high quality.
