Removing of a supporting wall, roof supports strengthened, RSJ installed, new ceiling, installed new floor structure and laid new wooden floor and skirting boards, full new electrical work for open plan family space inc kitchen, built studded walls, sourced bi-folds, plastering and plumbing.
Chris demonstrated fantastic workmanship and passion throughout this project. He kept within our budget and when we wanted additional work completing, as the project progressed, he provided us with valuable advice. Throughout the project Chris communicated with us extremely well, keeping us up to date at every stage and answering any questions we had. Chris ensure the site was kept as tidy as possible during the work. Even with a 3 year old running riot he managed to keep our home safe for her, which was fantastic!
