Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with Bond Construction Ltd who we contracted in October 2019 to build our rear extension. Our extension hasn’t passed building control regulations and we have informed Bond Construction Ltd of this and have been unable to get in contact with them via email or telephone to discuss the matter. We would appreciate if Shaun Aspinall, Managing Director, could please call us to discuss how to correct the faulty workmanship.

They gave me great ideas for my extension e.G roof windows to create more light. Jet washed end and left builder for three weeks for finishing

Work was done to a very high standard with no problems occurring. All the builders were very professional, prompt and polite, not giving us any worries when in or out of the house and the workspace was always left very clean at the end of the day. Shaun is very knowledgeable with what he does and made us feel very relaxed through the process.
