    Mark responded quickly to our leaking toilet, arrived on time, and carried out the repair efficiently and professionally.     Toilet not flushing properly.

    Excellent service from 1st call to issue being fixed. Update calls made as promised, with a date & time for repair confirmed on same day initial call made. Mark identified & explained what was wrong. He replaced broken item & was really efficient (lovely chap). Great price. Thank You 😊

    Best Internet Search Result Ever

    Called several plumbers over last two days and so glad Bon popped up for me. Easy to contact and arrange appointment. Mark then let me know he could visit today rather than tomorrow as long as convenient for me. Arrived and quickly sourced and repaired the leak for me. Very impressed and thankful for this service.

    New siphon fitted in awkward cistern, all done in 20/30 minutes, really pleased with the work

    Mark came and sorted a problem out with no hassle at all, it’s been ongoing for weeks with another plumber trying 3 times to fix it with no success, mark came and got it fixed within 30 minutes, brilliant, and totally recommend 👍

    Absolutely impressed with the level of service provided and care towards the property in general. Very polite and got the job done with a little hiccup our end but resolved as soon as it was noted. Will 100% be using this company again for future issues that need remedial action

    Outstanding work!

    After been messed around by both the insurance and their contractors for over a month. I was recommended Ben and his team to deal with a terrible leak which forced me to replace both the vanity unit in my bathroom and the waste pipe in the stack. The guys worked so hard and never bothered while I was busy dealing with my own job and my crazy dogs. I couldn't recommend them more and have already asked for more quotes for other little jobs. Thanks a lot for the outstanding work!
