Plumber arrived on time, was courteous and listened carefully to what the issue was before investigating thoroughly. He clearly explained to me what had happened and why, also how to prevent it happening in the future. Very happy with the service I received.

Alan was extremely punctual and arrived well within the estimated time of arrival. He was extremely courteous and identified the problem within a few minutes. He then explained the repair work to be carried out and then turned off the water from the mains supply. Alan also identified a toilet cistern fitting that needed replacing and carried out the work professionally. Before leaving, Alan hoovered our carpet where he carried out his work and left the area clean and very tidy.
