EPC assessment
I need an EPC to sell my house. I’m not convinced they’re worth anything. At least 2 items were assessed by guesswork. He didn’t ask many questions, eg about lighting, which you can’t see from floor level. Apparently if I spend more than £20000, I can save £900 a year, and reach grade B. C is average. I’m more disappointed with the system than the assessor, to be fair.
