• Renewal of full downstairs flooring with LVT

  Micheal is highly experienced and talented in what he does. From getting a quote for 72 square metres of herringbone LVT flooring to fitting he answered all our questions and concerns due to different floor levels throughout the rooms, he did a cracking job all in a good timescale. He liaised with the kitchen fitter on our behalf working around each others work schedule and was always punctual, friendly and tidy. Would highly recommend for any flooring needs.

  He contacted me to do the job which was fitting a wood floor on the 19th, he asked for the details and said he would come to check and give a more precise quote on the 20th. However, he did not appear that day and did not give notice. We re-arranged a visit for the 24th and he said he would send the next day a quote, I texted him the next day at 7pm and he did not reply. We called him the following day and sent another text and no reply. In the end, we lost almost 2 weeks to be ghosted.

  Michael repaired and replaced the whole of my downstairs floor, which was damaged due to a washing machine leak. He was very polite, brought samples, explained my repair options clearly. He was reliable, short wait time and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

  Amazing experience. Michael was very communicative throughout the job. He is very polite and a lovely man to chat to. Explained everything to us in a non condescending way despite us knowing nothing which was very good. The workmanship was great. We are very pleased with our new floor.

  Michael and his team went above and beyond to get great results on an out of the ordinary job. We were fully satisfied with the re-carpeting of two bedrooms and a landing. They managed to patch together existing carpets and had all the gear to give us a seamless finish. Overall, we are really happy with the job and would have them back in a heartbeat.
