Jay and Luke and their team did a great job. We converted our double garage and extended our hallway and removed our porch. They suggest a much better plan of what would work than we had come up with to give us more space. the building work was quick and efficient and always tidy. They had a great eye for detail when we were choosing fittings and placement of things. All other contractors they got in to help with tiling/carpentry/painters etc... did work to the same quality and were very friendly. Jay and Luke remained in contact with us and always got back to us quickly.

Honest, reliable and quality workmanship. Jay modernised an old 1930s house to a warm family home. work included: 32sqm rear extension new porch removing chimney breasts steels to support walls and roof purlings new windows new stairs with deeper treads bricking up old windows and adding new ones electrical rewire warm roof alco drains dot, dab, plaster and skim all round house new garden gate Jay and his team went above and beyond. The job was completed at speed and to a high standard. A shining gem of the building world. 10/10 recommended.

BBS exceeded our expectations by miles.Jay communicated regularly and cleared up any questions and they managed to squeeze us in super fast. Jay communicated with me on the morning to let me know when they were on their way and they were all such lovely, kind gentlemen even taking the time to chat with our excited little boy any time they went past.They clearly knew exactly what they needed to do, no messing, in and out within just over two hours and you wouldn’t even know they’d been with how well they cleaned up! Really glad we found them will definitely be using again, thanks guys!!

I contacted Boulton Building Services to fix poor guttering work done by two other companies. Luke was prompt, polite, punctual, and quoted fairly. When he and his colleague completed the work, they were thorough, explained their work throughout, carried out flow tests and left my property nice and tidy. They changed both downpipes, connected my porch gutter and reattached my neighbours' gutters (one of which was capped!) When an issue came up a few days ago, Luke returned and found the problem (next door's roof moss). I am very happy with Luke's work and would highly recommend this company!

Really impressed with the work carried out. The job was completed on time, to a high standard, and with great attention to detail. Communication was clear throughout, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The team were reliable, tidy, and made the whole process stress-free. Would happily recommend them and will definitely use them again for future work.

Fantastic work and craftsmanship. Jamie really knows his stuff. He took so much pride in the work he did for us. The final finish looks absolutely amazing. He has an amazing eye for detail and quality. So professional and friendly. We are already planning to book him in soon for another project we want him to do. I would strongly recommend you to see for yourself, his work is the best ive ever had and seen.
