From the on start Vincent ( Boulton Electricals ) was friendly on time and a perfectionist. I recently moved into this apartment and the down lights were either coming on or quickly going off or not working at all. Vincent showed me the lights he was replacing in whole apartment even making a call to confirm they had a 5 year guarantee. He replaced lights in bathroom, bedroom. When came to my open plan living room, kitchen found burnt live wiring exposed. He made sure everything was safe before new lights installed. My customers often comment that I am approachable and cheerful; I find that a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout.
