Concerns about service provided

Following a service in April 2026, I had a service but was not given any documentation. Despite several text requests and two return visits, I was left without a service checklist or record of work carried out. Communication was inconsistent, including being told the mechanic couldn’t remember every car and later being asked for mileage after the service had been arranged, which left me with concerns about the service carried out. I am now arranging for the vehicle to be checked elsewhere for peace of mind.

Appalling service, rip offs with poor attitude. I Had a rear puncture on the M4 in August approx 9pm I called boultz to assist. Was told that the mobile fitter would be out with a replacement tyre within the next hour. Almost 2 hours later he arrived with the correct tyre size. The fitter started replacing the tyre when he occurred a problem with it, the new premium tyre had a hole/tear and couldn’t be fitted. The fitter called his boss named Patrick, who said he would personally bring a replacement tyre to us but he only had a Pirelli tyre in our size we had no problem with that as w
