  Quality products & installation

  From the first contact to completion I received personal, professional service. Colin guided me through everything on his site visit, he turned up on day 1 & followed installation with a phone call. The engineers were a pleasure to have in the house, answered any questions I had & were polite & tidy. I have now used both Dakin units for heat & air conditioning & am very impressed with their performance. I definitely recommend Bourne Air Conditioning.

  Installation was excellent

  We decided this year was time to have air conditioning installed. We contacted a few companies for quotes. The only company to reply was Bourne, which meant they care about customers. From the first contact to the last was exceptional customer service. The installation was efficient, clean, and smooth. Communication and information was there at every step. Jack and Aaron were a delight to have around. They are superb ambassadors for the company. Full of knowledge and enthusiasm. The Daikin units look amazing and we have already had the benefit of cool nights sleep. They are so quite.

  Very professional and approachable company.

  The team installed a Daikin floor standing wall unit in our conservatory. All work was carried out in a day to a very high standard and everywhere was left neat and tidy at the end of the day. The guys were polite and very approachable.The unit looks great.
