Excellent service, very professional, thoughtful and tidy
We had sewage water backing up through our shower, one of our outside drains was blocked.
We had been let down by our insurance company on Friday 31st March... who said they would not be able to get to us until Tuesday (4 days later!)!... So in desperation I called Bourton Drain Services... they were fab. Two lovely drain unblockerers turned up within an hour or so. They had to locate our drain, which turned out to be in our next door neighbours garden, they found the problem and sorted it within minutes. They were both an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, efficient, fun, and chatty. 10/10.

Well what can I say .. from the first call I made spoke to Karl at 6pm .. mark was here by 7pm .. he was cheerful .. well presentable.. and straight on the case .. all the plumbing was backing up in the house and smelling .. but in 1 hr 1/2 the problem was sorted and all the drains cleared .. can’t thank this company enough for what they have done today satisfaction
