Josh is a friendly and very professional electrician. During his initial visit, he took time to understand the job and then explained what kind of approach he would take. Where there were options to consider, he took time to explain the differences. When it came to completing the job, he was very efficient and completed the job exactly as agreed. He left the house in a clean state after he finished. When I had a query following the job, he responded promptly and took required actions without any fuss. Josh is a really awesome guy. So knowledgable. Had the chance to overcharge and sell me new lights and installation but noticed that it was a simple loose connection.
