Asked for an electric cooker & washing machine to be disconnected at a rental property due to needing to ensure it was done professionally so landlord couldn't come back at me for it. They was very informative with any questions i had, turned up on time & was very professional when carrying out the job.

From start to finish, excellent. Offered me a date and time - kept to it. Price was presented up front although it worked out cheaper, thanks to the excellent sparky. Took the old fittings away, and what else can I add? An on time, on cost experience that I would certainly recommend and will use again.

Boxt electrical services were quick to reply to my request, were punctual, courteous and did the required work to a good standard. The electrician went the extra mile in repairing the bathroom door for me too! He also stayed in touch with me regarding the job, as I had to go out to attend an appointment before he had finished the work. I will use Boxt again.

Came in before I opened the store and had the work completed before open too. Left the area clean and tidy. Easy to communicate with and quick to book a slot to get the work done too. Will definitely come to these again for any electrical work.
