BP Drains carried out a CCTV survey on a property I am aiming to buy. They came promptly, and provided an extremely thorough report, with extensive technical detail plus photos.

BP Drains have been absolutely fantastic - I can't praise them enough. Barrie and his team were brilliant throughout - reliable, polite and so trustworthy. Barrie reconfigured the waste-pipes coming out of our bathroom - they also lined several sections of the original clay pipes, removed all the limescale and cut through a tree root which was threatening to block the drains. All the work was carried out for a very reasonable price and the original quote was stuck to without question. I asked loads of questions along the way and Barrie loved explaining what he was doing. These guys are the experts and I should have called them first. I first rang Dynorod who said that they would send someone out, they never turned up even after a chase. I called Southern Water who said it was beyond their skill set as they didn’t have the tools but recommended that we call BP Drains who turned up 30mins after the call. The job was a challenge as the drains defied normality and there was no manhole. Paul refused to give up and tried every trick from his extensive experience and hey presto he solved the block. We needed a pipe clearing and surveying for the buyer of our property. I phoned BP Drains and Carl arranged for someone to come out on the same day! The job was completed to our satisfaction at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

Paul attended my property at the time we had arranged and viewed the job. He was very informative about the type of waste system at the property and explaining that what I thought was a breakage was actually a blockage. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. A very reliable and trustworthy tradesman.

The guys at BP Drains could not have been more helpful and were there to Sort the problem early the next day after phoning. They were polite and solved the problem avoiding buying a new pump and saving hundreds of pounds . I genuinely could not recommend them highly enough. Great company!
