I called BPM on a Saturday evening frantic as my elderly, vunerable 90 year old father had been without electricity all day. Billy was brilliant. He immediatley came out ( even though the England world cup football match was soon to start !) The fuse box and rcd were tripping and it was not obvious why. Billy managed to ensure dad had lights and was safe that night. He returned at 9am the next day to complete the job. He was so patient and thorough. Very knowledgable and kept us updated throughout the work. He managed to locate and fix the issues. Very highly recommend this company.

I recently had an in-line fan installed along with two dimmer switches replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Billy and his team were professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. The in-line fan installation was done neatly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. Everything was explained clearly beforehand, and the work was completed to a high standard. The two dimmer switches were also fitted perfectly and are working exactly as they should. They left everything tidy afterwards and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving.

BPM Electrical Carried out a 5 year electrical report, punctual, prompt and worked hard. Very happy to use them for any electrical work in the future.

Billy did a fantastic job in my new build garden extension, complete rewire, lighting sockets and fuse board with complete new supply from the main house and splitting the incoming mains. Quite complicated set up, plus garden lighting. Billy and the team did a great job. Really nice people and reliable.

Contacted BPM as an emergency. came the following day. Explained clearly what needed to be done. Excellent communication, nice friendly personality. Done the job fairly quickly. I'm very happy with the end product
