Our flat roof started leaking in a storm. BPR repaired the woodwork and replaced the waterproof membrane. A prompt, thorough and neat job from professionals who showed up promptly when booked.

About 2 weeks ago I contacted the services of BPR roofing who came to carry out a site visit inspection to my loft, roof and chimney. During the loft inspection the roofer quickly flashed his dim light from his mobile phone into my loft. Most roofers use an inspection lamp. Also whilst up on the roof, the roofer failed to investigate the leak by missing the faulty roof flashings. After he'd taken close up pics of my chimney stack his phone battery had gone flat so he was unable to show me the photos. It's been 2 weeks now and still no quote. These are rubbish.

Our house was re-roofed by BPR Roofing Services over 2 years ago. Recent leaks around our Dormer prompted me to all them, thinking that the sealing around the Dormer might be the problem. I have been very impressed by their fast and helpful approach to resolving our problems - this involved them in making two visits. Exactly what caused the problem we are unsure, but BPR have been excellent in their post-contract customer service.

James came and gave me a quote for work around the flue. Arranged to do the job on Saturday didn't show up, Sunday didn't show up then promised Monday morning 9.30 only to not turn up again. Waste of time....my son has asthma and immune deficiency, black mould for him due to aleak is not good.  I was promised the job would be done as an emergency.  Tried to call on Monday and phone went straight to voicemail.

The scaffold arrived promptly the day after agreeing a price for a new Firestone flat roof with "warm roof insulation, the work was done first thing the next morning with the extra work completed ASAP after due to adverse weather conditions exceptional high winds. All in all 7 days to get scaffolding down due to no fault of their own. Very good professional company would not hesitate to recommend them.
