  Ethan was early to our appointment and phoned and checked if that was OK. I had a rusted old toilet seat which wouldn't budge he used a grinder to cut it off and fitted a new toilet seat. Ethan is polite, professional and conscientious. I highly recommend him.

• Leak and blocked pipe

  Turned up to my house an impressive 10 mins after I posted the job online and set straight to work. Fixed the leak quickly by changing some pipe work and eventually cleared the stubborn blockage. Took a lot longer to clear than anticipated but no complaints from Ethan who was polite, tidy and efficient throughout. Reasonably priced and would be very happy to use him again and recommend to others.

• Replacing dripping tap

  Pleased to have found Ethan here. He replied to my initial enquiry in minutes and booked in the tap replacement for the next day, working around my work schedule. He was friendly and completed the work to a high standard. At my request, Ethan researched and found a cheaper alternative to my expensive tap too which looks identical to the old one. Very pleased and will be in contact again soon with more work.
