Great communication, friendly and carried out the work quickly.

John Bracken is exactly who you'd hope for when asking for help with a system you don't fully understand: he's experienced, skillful, honest and willing to give you options about what will work best in both the short term and the long term. I advertised for a full heating system flush and replacement pump, but it turned out that some small adjustments from Mr Bracken got our old pump working again, so that was all that was required. I will certainly call him for the next plumbing job that comes up.
