Very professional service received from Nathan. Hole for bathroom window was cut neatly and professionally, with minimal mess and all tidied up afterwards. Brickwork was done very professionally and looks better than original. Would definitely use again.

Arrived on time, worked hard despite the heat, did a great job and left the area in an extremely neat and tidy condition. Nathan also got rid of some weeds that were growing near the affected window and fixed my wonky front door without being asked. Nathan was very polite and friendly and I won’t hesitate to use his services again

We had an issue with a concrete floor slab which was a bit damp and giving off an unpleasant smell. Nathan cured the problem by applying a waterproof tanking product followed by self levelling compound to achieve a smooth, flat finish. Nathan was clearly very skilled and very competent. He adapted to our needs, was very friendly, courteous and clearly explained each stage of the work. We are very happy with the finished job. No more nasty smells! We will definitely be using Nathan for future work that might crop up and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

New bathroom which involved removing old suite and fully tiled walls. The bathroom door was moved to fit a bigger bath, new ceiling, walls stripped back and either tiled or plastered, fully decorated and new window panes fitted in existing frame. New lighting and decorative sensor controlled lighting fitted into recesses. Nathan has Fantastic workmanship, and is a perfectionist, he won't stop until everything is perfect. Had some great design ideas and built a complete bathroom to suit our budget. So pleased with his work, he is already quoting our next project. 100% recommend him.

Excellent workmanship and reliability throughout the whole bathroom installation. We will definitely use Bracklesham Construction again and in-fact we have already two further projects arranged because we see so pleased with them.

Excellent traditional workmanship, methodical with the cutting and fitting of cladding which was so important in this period building. On site promptly and worked full days to ensure work was completed without any interruption. I can’t recommend Nathan highly enough and will be having him do all future projects.
