  Boiler service and then boiler replacement

  Initially, I needed the boiler serviced from two of my properties. One was done with no issues and completed swiftly. The other one however, started faulting when malcolm carried out the service. He was very helpful and provided options, to which we ended up opting to change the boiler. He provided a very good quote and carried out the work professionally and in good time. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again in future.

  We were suppose to have our boiler serviced at 9am. This trader didn’t show up and they gave a poor excuse for the no show, despite me confirming with them that they would be attending the night before. They also didn’t have the decency to call us to try and reschedule. Very disappointing given I took time off work to ensure I was home. Very unprofessional and we would advise people to avoid.

  Malcom rang up 30mins before he was due to arrive,he was friendly and polite and very helpful which the questions I asked him about future improvements.He was very knowledgeable and tidied up after servicing the boiler,I will be using him again and recommending him to family and friends👍
