The tradesman was very helpful but couldn’t see why it is not working. He has taken the unit and said he will see if he can find the cause. I thanked him and told him if he can fix it, he can sell it or keep it. As I have already purchased a new one.

Damien did an excellent job in the servicing of our 4 air conditioning units. He was great with communication and flexible with arranging dates. The work carried out was to a very high standard and he spent a considerable amount of time to ensure all the units were cleaned and running as expected. He was also very tidy. Would have no hesitation in recommending the service of Bradfield AC

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Honestly couldn't appreciate Damien more. He was very professional and kind to the family. We have an SEN child, and Damien did everything possible to minimise disruption to his day. Overall, absolutely fantastic and will be seeing him again in a year for the service.
