  Great service

  Rich has recently upgraded the insulation in my property. He has done a fantastic job in such a small timeframe. Even did a few extra jobs for me whilst here. Looking forward to having him back for future work

  Reconstuction of porch, opening up doorway and miscellaneous building jobs

  Richard was superb. We gave a broad brief which he was able to provide an accurate quote on it. Moreover, as the job developed, he was able to offer excellent suggestions to our original plans which improved the final outcome without increasing the cost. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the way in which he undertook it.

  Built Luxurious Spa Cabin

  My dream came true. From initial designs through major hurdles we had to overcome to finishing touches Mr Bradford and team were superb. His desire to deliver and complete a great job saw a work of art, an awesome space created.

  New porch, pathway, guttering and patio

  Mosty Richard did a great job, the quality is great and any difficulties or changes were dealt with easily. However, often he would be on site for a couple of hours and then leave for another job, and worse he did not quite finish the job before leaving site. Despite numerous emails and phone calls he never called back to come for that last visit to fix a small piece of snagging. This is so frustrating, and in the end I just did it myself - having incurred the cost of course. I can recommend Richard for a job mostly well done, but reliability and completeness are below expectations.

  The weather during November and December 2019 was exceptionally wet , where there was limited opportunity to do outside work. There were times when I would leave the job to pick up necessary materials and if the weather changed to heavy rain I could not continue with the work. I do not recall leaving the job after 2 hours to work elsewhere.The day before completing the job was heavy rain once again. I stated to the homeowner that there was a little bit of pointing on a step that needed repointing due to the rain washing this part out and I would stop by when passing to fix this. This was remedial bit of pointing and would not ruin any part of the work undertaken.The pandemic then kicked in and I myself fell ill for a month not undertaking any work. This making good was on my list to do when passing by.I had received 2 emails, once when ill and one of recent - I had not received any phone calls on my mobile or home number. Having responded to the clients latest email explaining my circumstances, he has asked me to undertake further work. Regards, Richard

  Enclosed front porch.

  Richard got on with the job in a friendly, efficient way, very knowledgeable and used a carpenter, door fitter and electrician where appropriate. Very impressed with the quality of workmanship, he worked from my dimensioned floor plan and elevation drawing plus schedule of requirements to build the porch the design I wanted, suggested improvements and different ideas where I had not fully thought things through. He left it all clean and tidy, removed the rubbish. I would employ him again should (when) I have another building project.
