From the very first interaction, Russ impressed us. He was quick to respond, showed up when he promised, very communicative with us throughout the process (in total we had 4 full day visits for the work required) and genuinely a pleasure to have working in our home. Pricing was transparent - and he offered sound advice regarding the work required. Russ was respectful of our home as well as the people and pets who live in it. He (and his colleagues) were efficient with the work completed and were sure to leave their working areas spotless. Couldn't recommend this company enough.

Rich and Russ completed a two storey side extension and a complete internal renovation, fitting bathrooms, utility and kitchen, removing walls and knocking through. We required a new consumer unit that was also re-sited to a different location. We also had new electric clay core radiators installed in every room with towel rail and extractor fan fitted in the bathroom. On top of all that the property needed extensive re-wiring, additional sockets in each room and wiring to a new thermal store. Really lovely team of guys to have in your house for a couple weeks! Any issues that cropped up they had someone to sort it so you never had to scramble to find a tradesmen. Always quick to respond to any queries or diy questions we had on the weekends. Plastering was done to a really high standard. Would be more than happy to have them do other projects in our house!
