It was such a relief to hear a real human voice answering my phone call. Whoever it was I spoke to arranged things promptly and efficiently. The electrician was delayed by a previous job, so arrived late, otherwise I would have given 10.

Colin helpfully suggested over the phone sending him photos via email to confirm the IP rating on bathroom fittings. He gave up his own time, responding within half an hour, and therefore we did not need to book a visit from Bradley Electrical, but will definitely be using them in future.

Install new fuse box, run a new line to kitchen with a socket each for oven and hob, replace lights

The new line into the kitchen was never covered with trunking, which we were told it would be. So we currently have a large cable coming out of our kitchen ceiling which is visible. The two sockets were placed too close to each other which led to them being unusable. We had to arrange for these to be adjusted so there was a gap. The new earth into the downstairs toilet cold water pipe was installed, but there was no cleaning of the mess made. The floor was covered and just left without saying anything.

Bradley Electrical has been serving the local community for many years – it is the Oldest Electrical Contractors in the area.

We are proud to have the best staff and the most up to date software in our industry to facilitate our customers needs – from the very local job for Mrs A (who lives around the corner), up to the Builder who requires a complete house rewire or major project miles away.

We believe our fully managed offices and showroom based at 42 Aldwick Road in Bognor Regis allows us to keep in constant contact for immediate response for all customer requirements. Our phones are manned from 8am to 4.30pm and are then passed over to an engineer after hours, giving a 24-Hour Emergency Service.

The company is regularly inspected by both the NICEIC – National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting and the ECA – Electrical Contractors Association.

Our Vision is to continue to work with a wide range of customers from in a domestic house to large industrial quarries. We will deal with a wide variety of problems by continuing to employ fully qualified and extremely competent electricians, who’s skills are dedicated to their area of focus, so that we may continue to provide the full range of Electrical needs within our industry and our community.

Our loyal staff are highly regarded by us and our customers. Some of our engineers have worked with us for more than 20 years on sites with Local Builders and other customers like Tarmac Quarry Products, Cemex. Working for local Estate and Letting Agents and Privately owned homes. Our engineers are fully equipped with test equipment for installation, earth loop, Residual Current Device (RDC Trips), short circuit and overload identification.
