Time wasters, they arrange appointments and don’t bother to show up at agreed times. Waste your time asking 101 questions about stairlift, then fail to turn up at agreed dates/times. They are buying 2nd hand stairlifts so please be aware any parts of possibly even the whole stairlift you purchase may not be new

Called one day, photos provide, quote obtained and lift installed very next day - Excellent, lovely staff and everything done swiftly and neatly. Very happy customer indeed and can now get to my own bedroom upstairs. Would highly recommend.
