I had what seemed like a simple job to do, but the conditions of my walls in my house made refitting a radiator not so easy. Fortunately Neil was able refit my radiator and sort out a loose tap for me all within an hour. Clearly capable, prepared for any job and amiable.

I have used Braeside’s services before and will be doing so again, this time to fit new boiler and bathroom in a house am buying. It’s good to have the services of a company I know I can trust to do excellent work .

We first contacted Neil when we needed urgent help with water damage in our rental property's bathroom. He attended promptly, put a temporary fix in place and provided a clear quote for a full refurbishment. Once the property was vacant, Neil carried out the works, including replastering the hallway ceiling. Throughout he kept us well informed, sending photos at regular intervals so we always knew how things were progressing, despite not being on site ourselves. Neil completed everything in a timely manner and was courteous and professional throughout. We have no hesitation in recommending him
