Neil came this morning to replace our old boiler. He arrived at 8am, as promised, and worked solidly all day to get the job done. We are very thankful for the hard work and he talked us through the new boiler, registered us for the warranty and gas certificate. Super service.

Neil installed a new boiler for us at a reasonable price. It only took half day like he mentioned when he gave us the quote. He also explained to us how does it works and problem on our water tank.

Braeside Property Services have been absolutely brilliant! Neil and his team completed a full bathroom renovation for us and the results are amazing! Our tiny bathroom has been moved around and now looks bigger and luxurious! Very happy with the service, Neil always turned up exactly on time with a big smile and works really hard all day. I have a daughter with special needs and I have to say that Neil was highly respectful and very understanding.
