Boiler replaced at a very competitive price. Very helpful & accommodating ensuring the job was completed as soon as possible despite some unforeseen issues. Responded to any questions / queries in a timely manner & ensured all waste was removed following completion. Pleased with the service & work completed.

My central heating was giving trouble last week, I phoned Braeside Properties, and Neil came the next day, told me the boiler needed replacing ( it was 15 to 20 years old). He came within 5 days and fitted a new boiler, set it to my requested temperature etc, & gave me the paperwork for the product. He arrived on time, set to work immediately and was throughout polite & pleasant, and cleared up when finished. I can recommend Braeside Property Services highly, as I have used them before and they have never let me down.
