Good job on windows however never came back to fix my front door

I had upvc windows replaced with Garry and a new composite front door. Very happy with the windows and the job done and cleaned up nicely. Very disappointed with the door as it was not what I had asked for and had blue diamonds on the glass which I didn’t like. I told Garry this straight away that I did not like this door and he assured me that it’s a small fix and the blue diamonds can be removed. Garry assured me he would be back the following week to carry out this process despite me paying him in full on the promise the door will be changed. It’s now been 7 weeks and Garry does not repsond

Gary and his Team are true experts and extremely professional/meticulous about finishing and affordable too! The end to end process from pitch to finish was just efficient, smooth and honest. Gary is a master of his craft and guided me through the minor details supported by his experienced recommendations that supported , what I had in mind. Gary came recommended hence trust was never an issue for me however after seeing his final product and service I am sold to his business model and highly recommend them now to all my friends and family!
