We had found it hard to find a plumber who would fit a new kitchen tap. I saw a Braiden van whilst out walking. The website looked professional and there was Checkatrade membership. I sent an email with photos on Friday afternoon. I received a phone call from Braiden within an hour, giving me a quote and advice about the correct tap. An appointment was offered for the following Monday. There was excellent communication from Braiden. I was able to track the arrival of the engineer on my phone. He arrived on time.
