    Leaking shower

    Plumber was v quick to get in contact:visit/asses/quote -add me to buy part (unneeded) for £179) came next day fitted it @ used sealant round shower-stayed 1/1/2 job cost me £312 in total (labour £155) Showers still leaking-contacted plumber he advised me to have tray replaced …..still waiting for punchline ……NO ITS NOT FUNNY!!!!

    I showed you the problem at hand and ran the shower through the valve and it leaked through the ceiling, I replaced the corroded shower valve and resealed which was the correct diagnosis. I’m sorry that you feel so negative towards this situation

    Replacing a defective washbasin tap and spring loaded plug

    Elliott provided excellent communication of his availability and arrived on time. He quickly assessed the job and explained his proposed solution. He showed me the product he recommended within my price range and went to obtain the item. Before securing the purchase, he phoned me with the price and told me what the overall cost of the job to me would be.He returned and undertook the work efficiently and to my full satisfaction. He advised me to contact him if there were any subsequent issues..
