Very disappointed with this company. I asked them to do a damp survey on a house I was interested in purchasing, at a cost of £600. The vendor was there during the survey. They said the surveyor spent 15 minutes at the property and didn't take any moisture readings. The results of the survey said there wasn't any damp in a room when my level 3 builders survey said there was significant damp and elevated moisture levels.
I asked them if the seller's version of events was correct; that was five weeks ago and I am still awaiting a response. I do not recommend using this company.

We do want to note that the account of a 15 minute visit with no readings taken came from the vendor, not from you as our client. Our surveyor's account differs significantly.
