  They had done earlier work on my old central heading system so they had a head start in the choice of contractor for this job. As expected, they were outstanding from start to finish. Richard helped with the specification and designed the system. The team included fitters Tony and Dan supported by apprentices; they completed the job in 4½ days precisely to quote and left me full instructions for the new Nest controls. Carpets were protected with covering in main traffic areas. The site was left clean and tidy. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

  Delighted with this company from start to finish. Ryan and Matt installed my new boiler very professionally with everything finished to a very high standard and were a charming couple of chaps, with nothing too much trouble. Paul detailed everything that would be done in his quotation (much appreciated) filling me with confidence knowing that I was using a trustworthy company that were going the extra mile to address and inform me of the procedures involved. Delighted to 100% recommend this lovely company. A very big thank you to you all.

  I would highly recommend Bramshaw’s. From the site visit to completion I have been very satisfied with all aspects of their work. The team were very polite, helpful and cleared up every afternoon before leaving. It was a complicated job, overseen by Paul and Richard. I was left with heating system I now have confidence and know how to use. It was a pleasure to have Bramshaw’s carry out the work and know they are on hand for a boiler service every year.

• Stalling a new Rayburn and replacing old heating and hot water system.

  The work done was good and the boys installing the system were good to but I’ve found after a year if I have a problem with the Rayburn they don’t want to know! I spent £22.000+ with them at the time so you would think they would be happy to help with anything again but if I ring the head office and she fobs you off with we don’t do Rayburns anymore! Please please please don’t use them!

  What a very helpful company, phoned up to do 1 job and turned into 3 jobs , the lady who I dealt with was helpful with some advice . On the day that was booked the gentleman that turned up was so lovely and knew his job . Well recommend this company and nothing is too much trouble.
