1.The neighbors window get wet only with purified water and it dries spotless exactly like the costumer windows . The mentioned downstairs neighbors asked my team if they clean his windows as well for free. The answer was no.
2.The windows has been cleaned outside with reach and wash , the window frames and seals has been cleaned, otherwise the dirt from frames will set on glass. Inside the windows has been cleaned with with squeegee by hand, frames wiped. That was the moment when the costumer request to clean the frames between the opening. This is a completely different service , that we don't provide. Yes it's true the job has been done in 15-20 minutes for two people.
