Fantastic job on 2 bookcases with cupboards. Brett gave us great design advice and samples so we could make the right choice, without being pushy. Felt like a truly collaborative process. Brett is a character, in the nicest possible way. You know you are dealing with a real person and a competent one. He’s happy with some back and forth to make sure the design is what you want, and when I said I would do the LEDs myself on this occasion that was no trouble - Brett ensured the build was designed to accommodate what I wanted. I am very passionate about woodwork and followed in my ancestors' footsteps, who were all carpenters from The New Forest. I have great communication with my clients and make sure they get exactly what they require as I believe all clients deserve the highest level of service.
