  Facia, soffit, guttering and cladding.

  We had Brett property services come around and transform the exterior of our house and we couldn’t be more happy!! The workmanship is outstanding and went smoothly without any problems what so ever! They’ve restored my faith in builders after a bad experience with another company. John and the team were very helpful and reassuring! I Would highly recommend to anyone for any work they offer! A true honest building firm!

  Guttering

  Like the last reviewer very disappointed . The new guttering they installed on my premises drains the water from next doors roof . They never matched the two houses styles to manufacturers compatibility charts . The new coupling joint they installed then had water pouring from it as they are not gutters compatible . They come to fix this leak with adhesives . I explained to them their mistakes showed them the chart suggested solutions and was ignored and they told me they had done a good job. I've since spoken to the gutter manufacturer they used who told me joints made like this will fail .

  Bathroom refit to shower room too busy to quote

  Asked for a quote over 6 weeks ago for complete refit of bathroom to convert to shower room with heated floor ,shower ,toilet,basin and fitted units quotes have been over 12k Bretts quote has still not been received even after visitiing my home and making notes of what needs to be done Really disappointed that a local company cant be bothered to quote

  Unfortunately it is impossible to provide a quote for any customers if they don’t know what they want, you were given a brochure and asked if you could choose what you would like then come back to us. Feel this review is unfair and not accurate.

  Bathroom fitting

  We had our en-suite bathroom refurbished by this company. Richard did the work,and we are very pleased with the way it has turned out. Also he was very polite and efficient
