  Entire new roof

  Following the erection of the scaffolding Brett Roofing removed the old asbestos tiles, battens and remaining roofing felt. They checked all the timbers and replaced where necessary. New battens and roofing felt were secured, followed by Spanish slates. Extensive lead work was required for the hips and the valleys. Guttering was renewed. A first class job.

  Felt Batten and slate a roof

  I can not fault any of the work the slateing it was absolutely spot on the slates were sorted from light to medium to heavy not many roofers bother with this and the lead work is the best I have seen these guys are absolutely the best I have ever used and they will not let you down on workmanship guaranteed

  Excellent Roofing Company

  Brett Roofing Services did an excellent job from start to finish. They stripped off the old tiles, felt and battens and got rid of the rubbish from the site. They supplied and fitted new breathable roofing felt, battens, tiles, valleys and hips and Velux windows. They also fitted new rubber flat roof covering to the bay window and provided extra insulation here. They replaced a bit of guttering and repointed the chimney while they were at it. Throughout the job they turned up on time every day, were polite and friendly, worked really hard and communicated brilliantly. Highly recommended.

  Careful, communicative and reliable.

  Brett and Eliot renewed the roofs of our house and those either side of us. They were very conscientious, arriving early each day and working hard even in very hot weather. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite and easy to be with. We feel they work to a careful professional standard, are observant of any potential structural problems, communicative and reliable. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Re-roof including fascia, soffit and guttering

  Brett and Elliot's work is meticulous. They did a complete, back to joists re-roof. We also needed our soffit replaced. They re-did the fascia on the one side, fixing where it was bowing over our stone window surrounds so that it sat flush to either side. And added fascia to the other side of the house where it was previously missing. Brett even patched the stone where it needed doing with bath stone mix. It looks so smart now :) They also replaced all the rotted guttering. They were super quick too! I think they all wrapped up in 6 days. They were an absolute pleasure to have around!

  Tile Replacement
