Overall not a great experience. Carpets are now lifting from the door strips on the landing, carpets on stairs are lifting at the sides and all this was blamed on the style of carpet and nothing offered or done to rectify. Was pretty rude to my partner when coming back to sort a mistake he had made on initial visit and overall not a great experience. Bedrooms were fitted ok no issues there but for the price of £350 for 5 hours work it wasn’t acceptable and pretty disappointing

Really sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the stair carpet fitting. At the time of quoting it was for fitting what I thought was a normal twist pile/saxony carpet that was fitted in your bedrooms. When I opened the stair carpet to be be honest I shared my concerns that the backing was like concrete and had to use heat to get anywhere near a decent finish which in your opinion was not achieved.
As a supplier and fitter I would not have had that range in my selection as it was poor quality.
As far as been rude to your wife that’s not fair in my mind as I spoke for 2 mins max.
