10 An excellent job completed, great communication and top notch work

James and his team removed walls from front of property, rebuilt pillars and fitted new pier caps at front of house. They also ground out and repointed chimney including haunching which was totally missing. Communication was spot on from visiting to provide quote, arranging a date for works, and leaving site clean and tidy. We are in the middle of a renovation and finding dependable tradesmen who not only get back to you but give a 5 star service is as rare as hens teeth! James and the Brick by Brick team came to rebuild a difficult wall that needed new foundations and tie into an existing wall. From start to finish it's been a fantastic experience. James was excellent in communicating with me prior. He got the job done ahead of schedule. On the day the team were really friendly and the work is immaculate.
