Ermal and his team carried out a full renovation of my two-bedroom flat. He is a very pleasant and hardworking professional. They completed the job thoroughly and within a short timeframe. He carried out all the work I requested to a high standard and at a reasonable price. There were a few instances of miscommunication, and at times he was a bit argumentative. However, he ultimately delivered everything exactly as I wanted. I do feel that avoiding those disagreements would have made the process smoother. That said, he is genuinely kind-hearted and easy to work with overall. I highly rcmmnd.

Really happy with the work completed it was quite a big job, as I wanted to update my existing bathroom, and have the addition of an ensuite in a bedroom as well. Emral did a brilliant job with sorting all the pipe work, as it wasn’t a standard system. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a competent builder!
