  Broken boiler repair

  Bruce was able to fit us into his already busy day as an emergency. He turned up and diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. We had another plumber out the day before who was unable to do so, and Bruce's experience really shows. His call out fee is very reasonable and we would highly recommend him

  Service and repair on boilers, Gas safety checks, annual service etc

  We have used Bright On Boilers for many years for all our properties and Bruce delivers excellent customer service and quality work every time we ask him to do a job. Bruce is incredibly friendly, tidy, punctual, knowledgeable and his quality of workmanship always outstanding. He has done a variety of different jobs for us over the years, no job too small and never had any issues. We couldn't recommend Bright On Boilers more and if you are looking for a reliable gas safety engineer or plumber - look no further.

  Checked boiler for problem, discovered issue, repaired and have extra advice.

  Kept me informed all through the process and had very good knowledge. Did an excellent job and left very neat and tidy and in full working order. Bruce was very courteous and sensible considering coronavirus was at its peak during this time. I would definitely use him again for any other plumbing work.

  Boiler Repair

  I rang Bruce with a vague description about a noise coming from my boiler system and he was able to come a day later to check. He quickly assessed the situation and parts required whilst also discovering another issue which would have led to complete heating breakdown. I will recommend Bruce to my friends and family and will definitely use him again if/when the need arises.

  Electrical Immersion heater stopped working.

  My hot water immersion heater broke and Bruce came around the next day and fixed it. Very professional, took the time to explain everything clearly and is a thoroughly decent chap, he’s a keeper for any future jobs.
