I recently used Brighton Damp Proofers and was very impressed with the service from start to finish. Communication throughout the planning and booking process was clear, timely, and professional, which made everything straightforward and stress-free. The team worked efficiently and were super friendly. They kept me informed about what work would be carried out each day and were happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Brighton Damp Proofers started with a survey which was professionally completed. I chose to progress with some of the work now and some later. The first work has been completed. Great work. There was one very small snag and that was fixed immediately and within any “back and forth”. I will use Brighton Damp Proofers again.

We have used this company twice now....the latest work was to re-felt a leaking flat roof, replace some rotten roof boards and reset the lead flashing. As always, the work has been done to a high standard. This company also gives guarantees on all the work they do. Always helpful and very pleasant to deal with and would highly recommend for any internal or external damp problems.

We needed some damp work done before our new kitchen is installed. We have used Brighton Damp Proofers before and were happy to use them again. As previously, they turned up on time and did a quick, tidy, efficient job, despite a lack of clarity on my part sometimes as to the extent of the job. All in all, a good experience and we would definitely recommend them.
