We had a jammed patio door and Andy turned up as agreed and had the problem fixed within an hour. Excellent service and would happily use him again and recommend him to my friends.

Andy was punctual, extremely courteous and friendly. He quickly assessed the problem with our door which had dropped down slightly making it impossible for us to unlock. He was able to quickly open it and to lower the lock part on the frame so the bolt could easily do its job, in case the hinge screws became loose again, which was the cause of the problem. This was all done in just over 30 mins and we are very pleased. Thanks Andy!

Contacted Brighton and Hove Locksmith regarding jammed garage side door and a glass cabinet indoors, for which we had lost the key. Andy turned up next afternoon, fixed the garage door in a flash. The cabinet was a bit of a challenge, but he persevered and eventually got it open. Andy was pleasant and professional to deal with, and I have no hesitation in recommending this business.

Andy saved us in a pinch after a toddler broken our front door key in the lock. Replied to me in minutes, was able to give me a price and a time to come do the work (same-day). Turned up on time, worked promptly, solved the problem & charged what he said. What else can you ask for !
