• Iron tripping ring main

  found the fault on a plug socket where the usb charge slot was tripping the ring main every time no matter which socket we used. promt arrival to my house, took one hour to resolve including fixing another ring main socket. Also resolved exteror security lit. PLEASE NOTE THIS WAS THE RING MAIN TRIPPING OUT

• Instillation off a new Bathroom Fan

  We have employed Ross previously and he has always done a great job. He is very competitive on price and reliable. This time we hired him to replace a faulty fan in the bathroom. He diagnosed the fault and replaced the fan promptly and efficiently. I also really appreciate the fact that he takes the time and trouble to explain what he is doing with each job he undertakes. We are extremely glad we found him, he provides an excellent service and I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

He was polite, thorough and professional, and performed a safety check with the appropriate paperwork provided for our records (which not all electricians will do). We have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

• Installing a conservatory fan

  Ross did a great job installing a fan that we provided. He arrived on time for the estimate, listened to our requirements, made some suggestions relating to safety and provided the estimate very quickly. On the day of the work he once again arrived on time, carried out the job efficiently and checked everything was working correctly. He overcame an issue relating to the fastenings required and did a great job. Whilst this was a relatively small job I'd have no hesitation is asking Ross to take on other electrical work for us and would recommend to others.

• Fault Finding - Upstairs Lights Not Working

  Ross responded promptly to inquiry, followed instructions re parking and was 15 minute early. He was polite and his communication was informative throughout the investigation. The fault was identified as loose wiring in the loft and promptly resolved. Highly recommend.
