Excellent job done

You responded promptly and attended the same day subject to a charge of £216. Which I paid. Your invoice stated this charge was to 'Fault find issue with sockets to include rectification'. When you attended on 30/05/2023 you stated that the fault would be with a junction box or a frayed cable. You also persuaded me that I would need a new fuse panel. You sent me a quote for £1,116 which I paid. £900 for the fuse panel and £216 to fix the fault. You attended on 07/06 but did not fix the problem. I object to being charged £432 by you to fix a problem that you did not fix and expect a refund.

I was impressed from the initial contact from Bright Sparks, who responded within minutes of me raising my request on the portal. An appointment was arranged for promptly for the next day (Sunday) and Mitch arrived on time. He clearly explained what the issue was and a quote was sent shortly after. Due to the nature of our emergency, Mitch managed to adjust his schedule to fit us in earlier. We were kept informed of Mitch’s arrival time, and the work was completed quickly. Mitch tested everything thing and any issues were promptly identified as resolved. He cleaned up and left the area tidy.
