Excellent work, lights were refitted neatly and ceiling filled in where required. Cleaned up afterwards. Steve had good knowledge of products used and gave us sound advice. Estimates given promptly. Polite service. Super job done.

Barry did a brilliant job for us and I am completely happy as usual.

Failed to turn up for appointment despite the site being just around the corner from their base. No phone calls received and no follow-up explanation as to why they didn't turn up even after I requested this. This was very embarrassing for us, our client was the Natwest Bank, one of our biggest customers and could have cost us a lot of penalty charges.

Barry was professional, polite and very knowledgeable.
